Very bad construction quality, needed modifications. DOES NOT WORK out of the box.,
I am keeping this product just because I need it right now to take my elderly dog to her daily vet visitis, and I can not wait another week to return it and get something better.
This product had clearly been used and returned before. There were pieces of vegetable matter inside the tubes that fell out on my carpet. But this is not the problem.
This kit is terribly made. The finishes are cheap and uneven and it DOES NOT WORK out of the box.
The holes in the hitch are not large enough for the hitch’s quick release skewer. I had to take out the drill and bits to make the holes bigger. Someone without the right tools would have to return this piece of crap.
The mounting plate is badly made, so that the wheel is not perpendicular to the ground and the cart pulls to the side all the time. I needed a heavy duty bench vise and several hard hits with a mallet to bend the tubing to an acceptable position.
If you are not handy and don’t have a couple of hours to fix, test and fix, don’t buy this.

I have three chihuahuas…one being blind and deaf. This makes it possible for the whole family to enjoy walks together. Thank you for such a great product. It is just as described….can not wait to attach to my bike and use as a wagon.

|Doggy Cart,
We love to ride our bikes with our Walky-Dog. But when the dogs (two Mini-Aussies) get tired, it is nice to be able to throw them in the doggy cart and continue our ride. Once they have had water and have rested we put them back on the Walky-Dog. The doggy cart is a well made product that looks like it will last us a very long time. The last time we used it, we even put our 2 year old granddaughter in it for her nap as most of our kids and grandkids were out biking together. Great family time.
